My husband and I had always dreamed of our wedding day with a romantic ceremony - taking place on a beach with the sun setting in the background. It was not until after we booked our wedding package in the Caribbean that we realized our mistake. We soon realized that many of our friends and family would not be able to make the long trip to St. Lucia and share in our special day. Then came Paulette Mendler with Audubon Productions. She was able to arrange and coordinate a spectacular compromise in New Orleans.

We were on a limited budget since we had already signed contracts for the wedding in St. Lucia. But, Paulette put together a spectacular event in New Orleans - one in which all our friends and family could share. She found a charming locale, nestled in the heart of the French Quarter, to host a wedding ceremony. Paulette then arranged and coordinated everything , and I mean everything! It seemed as if Paulette and Audubon Productions thought of every little detail. Our ceremony was then followed by a seated reception at a local restaurant. My husband and I were so pleased with how everything turned out. Our families were able to come together in New Orleans, and share in our wedding day. Plus, only a couple days later, we celebrated wedding number two on the beach in St. Lucia. I cannot express how grateful I am for being able to celebrate our special day with family and friends. Audubon Productions transformed what could have been a disaster into a dynamic affair. We are eternally grateful.

I was as pleased as I could be with my decision to have Audubon Productions and Paulette Mendler coordinate my event. Planned as a client appreciation reception, it was very important to me for everything to go well. After meeting Paulette, I was confident that Audubon Productions could plan such an event, taking into account all of my concerns and desires. My clients had such a great time that they left asking when we were going to do it again. Working with Audubon Productions gave me a great peace of mind. I guarantee we will throw a similar party next year. And, of course I'll be calling Audubon Productions to handle everything!
